Nichols-Smith Conservation Land Trust

Founded in 1997, Nichols-Smith Conservation Land Trust (NSCLT) is a regional land trust based in Hollis, NH. We carry on the mission of the organization’s namesakes and inspiration, Jeff Smith and Hollis P. Nichols, who for over 50 years pioneered and sustained the conservation of natural and rural resources in the region. NSCLT currently holds conservation easements on 3200 acres of land in southern New Hampshire. We are a member of the National Land Trust Alliance (LTA) and the New Hampshire Land Trust Coalition (NHLTC).
